This Is Michelle Obama’s Workout Routine!

A couple of days ago, the First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama was challenged by her husband, President Barack Obama to share her workout online as part of her #GimmeFive campaign, which try to motivate people to have a healthier life style and to share five ways to keep healthy. Many celebs have done the challenge already but this is how to rock this challenge Michelle style:

Barack Obama, who prefers walking and spinning as a workout, challenged his wife with this Tweet “Give me five, FLOTUS style”. As we can see in this short clip, Mrs. Obama prefers to hit the gym for an intense cardio and toning workout. Her sport routine includes rope jumping, boxing, weight lifting on a bench, jump squats and medicine-ball circuits.
