It is little surprise that supermodel Miranda Kerr loves the beauty drink with cleansing and anti-aging effect.

Miranda Kerr’s recipe:
Ingredients
– 1 glass of coconut water
– 1 glass of cold pressed coconut milk
– 1 tbsp acai powder
– 1 tablespoon of goji berries
– 1 tablespoon of spirulina
– 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
– 1 tablespoon Maka powder
– 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Pat McGrath, the Makeup icon, also shared her ideas on green smoothies;

Pat McGrath’s recipe for the ultimate Beauty Green Smoothie:
Ingredients
– 1 lemon (juice squeeze)
– 2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
– 2 cups chopped cabbage leaves
– 1 cup of spinach
– 1 cup chopped celery
– 1 tablespoon parsley
– 1 cup chopped cucumber
Mix all ingredients in a blender to make a smoothie powerful
Despite the high proportion of vegetables it tastes delightfully fresh and even a little sweet. Our tip: One to two cups of coconut water to give 🙂

So cool to read about green smoothies in here. I am a big fan of green smoothies, I had a lot of acne, it didn’t look nice and since I started drinking it my skin looks great 🙂
