I love drinking water but I have never thought it would have the power to completly change someone’s looks!
Hydration is the ultimate anti-ager – at least it is what Sarah Smith (subject of a Daily Mail experiment) has been writting about on Natural Cures.
Going through her pictures you will see how she completly transformed herself, looking 10 years younger, just by drinking water!
YES, it is incredible! Just in one month this 42 years old mother, managed to get 10 years younger – getting rid of black circles under the eyes, dull skin and many lines just by drinking 3 litres (5 pints) of water a day! According to Sarah, she didn’t change anything in her daily routine.
She was approached by the Daily Mail to be the subject of this pretty simple experiment. All she would have to do would be to drink 3 litres of water a day and to document the changes that her body would go through, and here are her notes on that:1st week: Better digestion and improved flexibility. However, she had an outbreak of spots from the toxin flush.2nd week: After two weeks she had gotten rid of her headacheds and was also one pound lighter! Her lines were flatter, her complexion was clearer and -according to her hubby- her cellulite had vanished! (How amazing is that?!)3rd week: Her dark circles completly disappeared and her eye bags were less dry and more elastic. Her concentration improved and her craving for snacks decreased. BTW, she lost another pound!4th week: After 4 weeks of drinking 3 litres of water a day, Sarah reported that her skin looked dewy, uniformly bright and -what is really crazy- less wrinkled! She felt healthier and also as if she had more energy – she lost another pound.The pictures speak for themselves, however, it is not as if this experiment was scientifcally tested. All we can say for sure is that dehydration can make your skin look drier and wrinkly, also that wrinkles can improve with hydratation and moisture-retaining skincare products.
Well whether these changes happen to everyone or not, it is a great thing to try… especially if you consider that it is summer and we should drink more anyway!

Drinking a lot of ounces of water has been on every tips and tricks part of enhancing beauty articles – from hydration to detoxifying! At first, I felt hesitant about it. But when I did it myself, I knew the reason why they always point it out.
